Devika Enterprsies has helped families choose heritage silks, bridal lehengas, and occasionwear since 1989, guided by careful attention to fabric and finish.

Our relationships with weavers across Varanasi and regional craft hubs are long-standing. We work directly with them to source heritage and Banarasi silks, from the warp preparation through to the weave.

Each length of silk is reviewed for its weave, its handfeel, and the consistency of its colour before it is offered for bridal or occasionwear tailoring in our Prayagraj showroom.

We select zari for its lustre and durability, and ask for silk yarn certification so that the fabric’s origin can be discussed openly with every client.

Borders and embroidered finishings are checked by hand, so that edges sit cleanly and the work holds its shape over repeated wear.

Lining, seams, and fastenings are chosen for garments that will be worn for weddings and family occasions, not only photographed.
